Fantastisk upplevelse: Moving from Copenhagen to Stockholm was no easy task, and navigating the real estate market, especially as an international, can be daunting, but Residensportalen made it as seamless as possible. Through the company, we were connected to one of the marketing coordinators, Georg Stjernswärd, who ensured we were represented in the best possible light, was very communicative, responsive, and also bridged our communication with our landlord most effectively. I highly recommend both the company and Georg to anyone who might be on the lookout for their new home, and I'm very grateful to have connected with the company's professionals for this move.

Fantastisk upplevelse: I moved from Mexico to Stockholm and found Residensportalen which was very lucky of me. Always heard renting in Stockholm was complicated, but Sarah and her team made all the process really smooth. From arranging the virtual visit, being so kind to walk through the neiborhood via video call to show me the area to the contract management and walkthrough during the day of moving in. Many thanks from all the support in all the steps, in particular for someone moving from abroad.

Fantastisk upplevelse: We moved to Stockholm a few weeks ago from the U.S. We were lucky to come across Residensportalen at the beginning of our search! Their website was the easiest to navigate and they were very responsive to all of our questions (we did not understand how the housing market worked). We were able to secure a beautiful apt in Stockholm and were thrilled that they were also handling the rental for the owner! We worked with Sarah, Daryl and Georg, all of whom were so kind, helpful, professional and responsive! If you are just entering the Swedish Housing Market, I highly recommend using Residensportalen!

Negativ upplevelse: They are lazy, kinda dumb, and money grubbing. I'm trying to help a friend get settled here. I called to ask if the two-year rental term (unusual here) described by their client on their website is verified. George said they don't verify any of this stuff, they just slap it up on the site and shrug. Furthermore, he said, they can't be certain that any of the listed properties are even still available, because they don't really keep track. He suggested that I should go ahead and pay their fee of SEK 1,500 and then I could ask their client anything I wanted.What a deal! At my urging, he checked with the owner and she said the same thing: Pay, and then try your luck. I wish them the best of luck with this "business." If they were awake and a little bit smarter, they could really make something of it in this market, but no.

För första gången har jag just hyrt ut min bostadsrätt och i den processen har jag fått ett ovärderligt stöd från Sarah Foxen, VD på Residensportalen. Lägenheten annonserades på ett mycket attraktivt sätt på Residensportalens webbsida, men denna gång fann mina hyresgäster min lägenhet på annat sätt. Emellertid köpte jag Kontraktstjänsten från Residensportalen och för detta är mina två hyresgäster och jag mycket glada. Snabbt och smidigt fick vi fram ett hyreskontrakt som vi alla tre kände oss mycket trygga med att skriva under elektroniskt. Kontraktskrivarprocessen inkluderade en hel del frågor, funderingar och bollande fram och tillbaka per mejl, men som sagt: Allt styrdes upp och hanterades suveränt, snabbt, trevligt och med stor kunnighet av Residensportalen och Sarah Foxen. Negativ upplevelse: Ads are out of date, and they have misguided me into buying a 2500kr service that can't be refunded because they have spent 10 minutes talking through email and not providing any of the services advertised.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Two times now we have been able to find a beautiful home through Residentportalen. I recommend anyone looking for a place to rent in Sweden to use their service. Especially in Stockholm, where the market is quite crowded. The listings on Residentportalen, in my experience, are almost entirely exclusive to their site and you can contact landlords directly. Nearly all our messages received a response. On both occasions I paid for the 60 day access and had several options to choose from within weeks.

I am an expat and have to deal with the real estate market and owners in Sweden. That means to me big troubles to even try to get an answer back from replaying to posted ADs! The great advantage of searching through ResinsPortalen is that, even if the selection may seem limited at first, all the ADs are serious and done buy serious owners with an extensive and comprehensive set of information regarding each property and owners. Contacting them is, then, easy and straightforward and the answer is granted. The site is also available in english and for expats, like me, not very confident with Swedish language, it is an immense plus. I was really happy to receive a note directly from Sarah. She is very professional, responsive and nice to deal with. Has a profound understanding of this market dynamics and i felt supported and cared! Very warm person that knows how to deal with people and make them feel understood and cared. Fantastisk upplevelse: We were lucky to deal with Hanna Maria from Residensportalen for nearly 2 years while renting a beautiful flat in Stockholm, and she has been fantastic throughout. Very professional, responsive and nice to deal with. Residensportalen overall have a great selection of accomodation available at very good prices without a mark-up for the duration of your lease. You pay a small fee to be able to use the website for a few months, but it's totally worth it, as it would generally be LESS than 1 month mark-up on the very same flat if you were to rent it elsewhere. Would recommend without hesitation to both expats and locals looking for a place! Note to expats - your contract will be in 2 languages (Swedish and English), which is a win.

Even if the selection may seem limited at first, there are only serious ads on the site, with clear and comprehensive information on each property. Service was friendly, swift and very professional. Should we need to find a new place to rent in the future, this is the site we'll use.
